At AIR+EARTH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as possible!

1. Our exchange policy is valid for up to 3 days after purchase of goods. We will gladly offer Store Credits and/or Exchanges for the value of your purchase (with the exception of earrings*) of all full priced items that are unworn and in original condition.


2. We do not offer any returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.


3. The Buyer will be responsible for paying all the shipping costs for returning their item unless faulty.  

4. There are no exchanges or store credits on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final.

5. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our standards. 

Any return item(s) must be intact and in a saleable condition. Please be mindful that most of our products are hand-made and of fragile nature and must be packed with care.

AIR+EARTH will not accept your exchange if we consider the item(s) used, damaged, or broken due to inappropriate packaging via transit, misuse or wear and tear.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a notification email of the return status. Please allow up to 2 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.


1. AIR+EARTH will happily accept a return, if we made a mistake with your order.

2. We will happily replace or refund items, if they are defective or damaged on arrival or break within 7 days.

Should you receive a damaged item, please send me a message to on the day of receiving your goods, providing a couple of photos of the item(s) you have received.

3. As all jewellery is delicate and requires being treated with care, we are unable to cover damages or changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear and/or rough handling.


1. If your jewellery becomes defective WITHIN 30 DAYS of delivery, providing AIR+EARTH care instructions were kept, we will offer to repair your item.

(1) You must contact AIR+EARTH right away and provide photos of the defective item.

(2) The entire item will need to be shipped back to AIR+EARTH. The Buyer is responsible for shipping item back via tracked mail while AIR+EARTH will handle the return cost.

2. AFTER 30 DAYS of delivery, AIR+EARTH is no longer responsible for any damages or defects of items.
